Returns & Refunds Policy 

Overview

At Pebbells, we are committed to delivering authentic designer products to customers across Latin America with transparency and confidence. Our international return policy is designed to balance customer trust with the realities of cross-border shipping, customs procedures, and product integrity.

 Return Eligibility

  • Eligible items may be returned within 45 days of the shipping date, as confirmed by our carrier
  • Approved returns may result in a refund, store credit, or exchange, depending on item condition, eligibility, and inventory availability
  • Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable
  • Duties and taxes are governed by local authorities

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Returned in original condition with all original packaging, including boxes, tags, dust bags, protective film, manuals, cards, and packing slip.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing components are not eligible.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Pebbells’ logistics partner will assist in coordinating the most secure and cost-effective return option available based on location
  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

 Damaged or Defective Items

  • Must be reported immediately
  • All damaged or defective items are subject to inspection prior to approval of a refund, store credit, or exchange

Return Review & Outcome

Once a return is received:

  • The item undergoes inspection and verification
  • This process may take up to 14 business days

Following review, the return will be resolved through a refund, store credit, or exchange, as determined by Pebbells based on:

  • Item condition
  • Return eligibility
  • Inventory availability
  • Fraud-prevention considerations

Refunds, if issued, are returned to the original payment method. Banking timelines may vary.

 

Promotional Credits & Fair Use

  • Promotional credits and coupons are one-time use only and non-refundable
  • Pebbells reserves the right to limit or refuse returns and determine the appropriate resolution — refund, store credit, or exchange — in cases of excessive, abnormal, or suspected fraudulent activity

Category-Specific Return Conditions 

Watches

  • Must include original box, warranty cards, manuals, tags, and protective film
  • Serial numbers must match original shipment records
  • Items showing wear, resizing, or alteration are not eligible
  • All returns subject to authenticity verification

Handbags & Accessories

  • Must include dust bag, tags, authenticity cards, and original packaging
  • No signs of wear, creasing, odor, or surface damage
  • Hardware and interior condition will be inspected

Eyewear (Sunglasses & Optical Frames)

  • Must be unused and unaltered
  • Must include original case, cleaning cloth, tags, inserts, and protective film (if applicable)
  • Lenses must be free from scratches or signs of wear
  • Frames must not show bending, hinge stress, or adjustments
  • Eyewear tried on outdoors, adjusted, or worn cannot be returned

Fragrances & Beauty

  • Must be unused, unopened, and sealed
  • Opened or used items are not eligible for return
  • Damage claims require photo documentation

Apparel & Shoes

  • Must be unworn with original tags attached
  • Shoe boxes must be returned inside protective shipping packaging
  • Items with odors, creasing, or wear are not eligible

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

Step 1: Contact Member Care

Email customerservice@pebbells.com within 45 days of the shipping date and include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Email used on the order
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (required for damaged items)

Step 2: Authorization Review

Our team will:

  • Review eligibility
  • Verify product condition requirements
  • Confirm approval and next steps

Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.

Step 3: Return Shipping Coordination

  • Approved returns receive shipping and documentation instructions
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Step 4: Inspection & Outcome

Once inspected, you will receive confirmation of your refund, store credit, or exchange, as applicable.
