Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For many destinations, Pebbells automatically calculates and displays customs duties, import taxes, and estimated clearance charges at checkout. These charges, when paid in advance, ensure faster delivery with no additional charges upon arrival.

If prepaid calculation is not available for your region, you will be responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes directly to the local customs authority upon delivery.

Delivery and Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier. Pebbells is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges incurred due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Restricted Destinations: Some products may not be available in certain regions due to customs regulations or carrier restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be legally shipped.

Tracking: Once your order ships, we will provide you with tracking information when available. Some international shipments may have limited tracking after leaving the United States.
