Pebbells Monthly Luxury Giveaway

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

2. SPONSOR

The Pebbells Monthly Luxury Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Pebbells (“Sponsor”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any brand referenced in the prizes.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of Latin America and U.S. who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Pebbells are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. GIVEAWAY COMMENCEMENT & ACTIVATION

The Giveaway will commence upon official activation by Pebbells. Activation is contingent upon the achievement of sufficient registered participant volume and operational readiness, including commercial launch milestones.

The official activation date and first drawing date will be publicly announced on the Pebbells website and Instagram page. All valid registrations collected prior to activation will remain eligible and will be included in the inaugural drawing. Pebbells reserves the right to postpone activation of the Giveaway until these conditions have been satisfied.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To enter:

1.      Visit the official Giveaway page.

2.      Complete the registration form with accurate and complete information.

3.      Submit the form during the applicable entry period.

Limit one registration per person. Participants only need to register once. Once registered, participants remain eligible for subsequent monthly drawings following activation unless they unsubscribe or become ineligible.

6. ENTRY PERIOD

Following activation, each monthly entry period will begin on the first calendar day of the month at 12:00 AM (Ecuador time) and end on the last calendar day of the month at 11:59 PM (Ecuador time). Entry periods prior to official activation will be included in the inaugural drawing.

7. PRIZES

Following activation, two (2) winners will be selected each month. Each winner will receive a luxury accessory or designer item with an approximate retail value of $200 USD or more.  Specific brands and items may vary and are subject to availability.  Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or substitution, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period. The first drawing will occur following official activation. Subsequent drawings will occur monthly. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified via email and/or WhatsApp (if provided during registration) and Instagram @pebbells_ec.  If a selected winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

10. PUBLICITY

By accepting a prize, winners grant Pebbells the right to use their first name, city, likeness, and optional photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pebbells from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Pebbells is not responsible for technical failures, unauthorized access, lost entries, or any delays beyond its reasonable control.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with this Giveaway is subject to the Pebbells Privacy Policy.

13. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION

Pebbells reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at its discretion in the event of technical issues, fraud, operational limitations, or other circumstances beyond its control.
